By purchasing or downloading any product from uncommonunearthings.com, you agree to these License Terms.
What You Are Buying
All products sold by UncommonUnearthings are digital downloads. You are purchasing a license to use the files, not ownership of the original artwork or intellectual property.
Allowed Use
You may use purchased products for your own streaming and creator channels, including Twitch, Discord, YouTube, Kick, and similar platforms. Commercial use is allowed only for your own personal brand or streaming channel.
What You Cannot Do
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files. You may not sell the files as your own digital product. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation. You are prohibited from using designs in NFTs, AI training, or harmful content.
No Exclusive Rights
All products are sold as non-exclusive digital licenses unless stated otherwise.
