Return Policy

UncommonUnearthings sells exclusively digital products (emotes, channel point icons, sub badges, animated overlays, and overlay packs) delivered as instant-download files immediately after payment is confirmed. The return policy below is tailored to the nature of digital content and complies with EU consumer law.

Consent to Immediate Delivery

By placing an order and downloading the files, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, once you have started downloading digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium with your prior consent, the right of withdrawal is lost — the files are irrevocably delivered to your account.

When a Refund or Replacement Is Possible

  • Corrupted or incomplete file — if the downloaded ZIP fails to open, is missing declared size variants, or contains distorted graphics, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file at no additional cost.
  • Wrong product delivered — if we shipped the wrong pack due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct one or issue a full 100% refund.
  • Duplicate payment or technical billing error — we refund the overcharged amount within 5 business days to the original payment method.

What We Do Not Refund

  • Downloaded files that opened correctly and match the product description (change of mind, decision not to use them, personal style preferences).
  • Products whose contents have been modified or edited by the buyer.
  • Extended licence subscriptions or fees for custom design services (governed by a separate agreement per order).

How to Submit a Complaint

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if possible a screenshot showing the problem. We respond within 48 business hours and resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Disputes may also be referred to the relevant consumer ombudsman or an amicable consumer court.
