How do I download my files after purchase?
Files are available on the order confirmation page, in your account under Downloads, and via email. Check spam if you don’t receive the email.
What file formats are included?
Static emotes: transparent PNG. Animated emotes: GIF. Most packs come in a ZIP folder.
What sizes are the emotes?
Standard Twitch sizes: 112x112px, 56x56px, and 28x28px. Some products include larger source files.
Can I use these on Twitch, Discord, YouTube, and Kick?
Yes! Your license covers all major streaming and community platforms on your own channels.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final for instant digital downloads. Technical issues? Contact us and we will fix it.
How do I upload emotes to Twitch?
Twitch Creator Dashboard → Viewer Rewards → Emotes → upload PNG → name it → save.
How do I upload emotes to Discord?
Server Settings → Emoji → Upload Emoji → name it → save.
Do you offer custom emotes?

My files won’t open or look corrupted
Unzip the archive first (right-click → Extract). Re-download if needed. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.
